Our company provides parcel delivery services from Cyprus – Worldwide, door to door, economy and express. We have special offers on sending parcels to Greece, Romania, R. Moldova, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus. For each destination there are minimal weight requirements, please contact us to know what is the minimal weight for your destination.
Packing Instructions
We recommend you to pack your packages in a sturdy cardboard box. The parcel should not exceed 60/40/40cm. If the parcel is larger than the indicated dimensions, the volume of the parcel will be considered. Parcel must be tightly packed. If you send fragile items or utensils, pack each item separately, preferably with a packaging wrap. Contact with our Customers support team and we will explain and help you to pack your things. You can also purchase boxes and packaging materials in our office.
Prohibited items
The following items are not allowed for shipment: money, jewelry, perishable foodstuffs, plants, drugs, flammable substances, explosive and radioactive materials, weapons. Each package must be accompanied by a packing list. Before the sending, please pay attention to the list of prohibited items. The sender is solely responsible for the contents of the parcels being.
Storage
Storage
Your items can be stored with us after packing and before shipping or delivery to your residence. Our customers can be assured that their storage consignments, whether in transit or long term, are in the safest hands.
Storage on pallet
The goods are put on a pallet and wrapped on with packing roll. The pallet is located in a common storage room.
